From the very first contact, everything was incredibly convenient. Communication through WhatsApp was fast and efficient, with no waiting time at all. They even offered me a same day appointment, and the customer service was available in English, which made everything much easier. On the day of my appointment, I was impressed by how beautiful the clinic is. It is spotless, elegant, and has a truly luxurious atmosphere. The service was also very prompt and professional. Another huge advantage is that they accept the U.S. military dental insurance plan, and they are completely familiar with how it works. I didn't have to explain anything or worry about the process they handled everything confidently, which made the experience even more stress free. To my surprise, the doctor speaks not only Italian (of course), but also English and Spanish. Being in Italy and being able to communicate in my native language, Spanish, made me feel comfortable and truly cared for. The doctor was extremely attentive and took the time to explain everything in detail. He showed me my teeth on a screen in real time, which helped me clearly understand my dental condition and make informed decisions about possible treatments. One thing that impressed me the most was his honesty and integrity. I had asked about a treatment that is quite expensive, but instead of encouraging me to do it, he honestly told me that he considered it unnecessary because my teeth are already in good condition. In today's world, that level of honesty is rare. Many people would have simply gone ahead with the treatment, but he genuinely put my best interests first. I truly appreciate that kind of professionalism and ethics. I recommend this dentist 300% without hesitation. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, honest, caring, multilingual, and experienced in working with U.S. military families and their insurance, this is the place to go!
